With that said, Fall Fashion for me isn’t about the latest clothes on the runway. Fall is about making new choices from the latest offerings and finding which ones bring me, and you, joy when we get dressed. It’s the beginning of a new season and the opportunity to express my latest intentions and that essential part of me that’s always within, no matter what’s on the runway.
Go ahead this Fall and choose only the styles that bring you personal joy. You deserve it! Does plaid make you feel all-back-to-school and excited? Try it out in a way that calls attention to your big green eyes by choosing a pattern with purple tones. Are you way into the wide-legged pant because it skims over your hips and falls in a clean, elongating line? Try that trend out and make it flatter your small waist and lovely shoulders by pairing the pants with a clean, fitted white shirt. Does fur make you feel like Cruella Deville? Then, by all means, skip it! But if you feel cozy and cuddly in it, then try out a colored stole draped over your shoulder for a fun effect. Or, reminisce regarding your favorite decade. You can add reminders of your best days from the Seventies by wearing an ethnic printed full skirt or you can remember the 80’s with a pair of padded shoulders.
