What Is Holding You Back From Achieving Your Goals

We have our conscious mind and our unconscious mind. Our unconscious mind plays a bigger part in our life’s then our conscious mind. The unconscious mind learns and records and remembers every experience that you have ever been through.

You can have blocks around achieving a goal because your unconscious mind has created that block. Become quiet and start to listen to those thoughts in your head. What are your thoughts telling you about the goal you want to achieve? Write these thoughts down even if they are negative try not to label them as good or bad. They are just thoughts you have around your goal. Now you have made the commitment to write them you can now change them. You have the power to let go on the beliefs you have around your goal that are limiting you. Start to reframe the unhelpful beliefs you have around your goal. Turn the statements around you can develop affirmations. Positive statements that you say to yourself over and over again. These affirmations start to become ingrained into your unconscious mind. As you keep on saying them to yourself on a daily basis you will start to learn them by heart. Next time you write down a goal you want to achieve try this exercise.
