Penny Ainsworth

Penelope (“Penny”) Ainsworth has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in the communications field for 20 years.  She facilitates the training, communication and evaluation of multiple locations while continuing to gain expertise in the technical aspects of the industry.  She is often called upon to lead state wide training programs and participate in special projects.

When not spending time with her fiancé Nick and her soon to be stepson Dominic, family, or friends, Penny can be found reading, training for her next half marathon, enjoying an afternoon by the pool or curled up on her couch enjoying her guilty pleasure of reality TV.

Penny has recently returned to college in pursuit of her degree in Communications at Flagler College and enjoys supporting women’s issues. She loves a good conversation on any topic that encourages women.
