The ‘This Girl Can’ campaign’s mission is to “to inspire women to wiggle, jiggle, move and prove that judgement is a barrier that can be overcome.”  The appeal of this video of women of all ages and sizes playing sports, swimming, taking spin classes, and just generally getting sweaty, has extended Sport England, the creator’s, message far beyond the British Isles!

We love the upbeat music, healthy message and fun spirit this music brings to the conversation around encouraging women and girls to build a healthy body image!
