The Power of Your Story is in your willingness to be reflective, objective, and open to new possibilities.
Be inspired by the story of Pinnacle Financial Partners SVP Theresa Floyd… Theresa is known by both industry and personal networks for her impressive ability to connect with others. She is always making new connections, and even more impressively, finding ways to connect people she thinks would benefit from being connected with each other.
After a multi-decade career in banking, she embraced the possibility of walking away from the “known” and the easy path, and taking on a new challenge – helping to build a brand new business alongside some of those connections she had nurtured over the years.
If you’ve been considering trying something new – a new job, a new role in your organization, or starting a new business… let yourself embrace Theresa’s approach to embracing possibilities!
Theresa will be joining us on a panel all about setting clear priorities, outlining your growth plan, overcoming market shifts, and planning for success at our Business on the Bay Retreat on September 25th, 2025 at the Fountain of Youth in Saint Augustine, Florida. Join us!
