Susan Foley Rocco is the founder and host of Women to Watch™. When life handed her an opportunity for a career transition at the age of 48, she eschewed lament and went straight into formulating plan B: creating a radio show spotlighting mid-to high profile women in a variety of professions. Her deeper goal was to use these stories as a way to educate and inspire women in order to strengthen their self-esteem and assist those still trying to find their own way.
From C-Suite executives like LeAnn Talbot of Comcast, to fashion icon Norma Kamali, to the Founder of Take Our Daughters to Work Day, Nell Merlino, Rocco has brought attention to not only the successes, but to challenges, doubts and even failures faced across the board by women trying to make it in their chosen field. In choosing to create conversations that avoid bragging in favor of inspiring, Rocco is providing a non-threatening platform for women to learn confidence. And though she’s on the other side of the microphone, Rocco is an inspiration herself, proving that taking risks and following your instincts IS the key to building self-esteem.

Melissa Stephenson is a personal trainer in Winter Garden, Florida. She started her quest for health in college where she earned a B.S in Exercise Science at Stetson University. She has a passion for helping people find balance in a healthy lifestyle. She continues to study and get certified in sports nutrition, corrective exercise, and exercise psychology and plans to continue to learn each and every day.
To Melissa, it’s not about “quick fixes”, it is about making changes in your lifestyle that you can manage. Our society is quick to go to extremes in everything, but the key is finding a balance where you are not completely quitting a food group or eating all your daily calories in one meal, or going from not exercising at all all for years, to living in the gym 4 hours a day. Everyone can make health a part of their life. Even if you have tried and felt that you have failed in the past, there is still lifestyle changes you CAN make to improve the quality of your life!

Susan Stevens is the founder of New Zealand-based Meme & Co, a jewelry and accessories company with an innovative, woman-centered business model. She has over 18 years experience in sales, marketing and advertising, she climbed the corporate ladder and was committed to her career but her priorities changed when she had her children. Life became a struggle, trying to find a balance between wanting to retain her worth and independence in the workforce without compromising her ability to be a present and attentive mother.
Then, Susan made a terrifying leap – leaving a six figure income to no job and a big mortgage. With a very strong resolve never to go back to the corporate world, and through commitment, perseverance and a passion to succeed, she found as one door closed other doors opened. It was this journey that gave her the motivation and the drive to create an opportunity for other women who want to be in control, who value their independence, who want to be empowered. Her drive to keep a balance between work and family life ultimately resulted in `taking a leap’ into the unknown and embarking on a personal journey of self reflection, new challenges and growth.

Natalie Tolhopf knows what it’s like to try and fit in where you don’t see how it could work. Working as a chef in male-dominated, hot, and pressurized kitchens, she kept focused on her passion and learned from the best in the UK and Europe.
She took these skills into the development of a new café in New Zealand which made her see how important business planning and systems were. There, she discovered a rewarding love of teaching others how to be their best and realized her own worth and that it is okay to highly value yourself, your skills and experience.
From working in small business, she moved into a hospitality and tourism school tutoring young people in the importance of their own efforts and attitudes in even a large organization. Despite having a two-year-old and another baby on the way, Natalie was given the opportunity to run the business where she was in her flow, pushing the limits.
Knowing some time before that she would take the leap into launching her own business, she waited until the time was right and then … went for it! Natalie stopped playing small. She stopped hiding, stepped up, built upon her own journey, and started to inspire and uplift women to showcase themselves to catapult their career.

Ariela Weinbach discovered her interest in the science of speech while living in Montreal to attend McGill University for her undergraduate degree in English Literature. She studied French each semester, and became fascinated with bilingualism and second-language acquisition in her elective Linguistics classes. Ariela’s experience learning French in Montreal inspired her to help adults learning to speak English as a second language after college, and to study for a master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders.
Ariela earned her certificate of English Language Teaching to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) in New York City in 2010, then moved to Boston to complete her Master of Science degree at Emerson College. In her master’s program, Ariela learned to clinically evaluate her clients’ speech and design targeted exercises to improve communication skills. She applies these methods to her work with lawyers, professors, actors, singers, and other professionals to guide her clients toward clearer, more effective speech.
Ariela founded Sound Your Best to use her speech expertise to help others accomplish personal and professional goals. She applies her in-depth knowledge of speech mechanics, English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching, and public speaking techniques to her work with established professionals, students in higher education, native speakers of English, and speakers of English as a Second Language. She knows that changing the way you speak is not easy, and values creating a supportive relationship with all her clients.
