Merry Christmas!

Here’s a little recap of our week… thanks for being a part of our incredible tribe of fierce women!

I am so excited to announce that we have launched our first ever FREE Passion & Purpose Challenge!

It’s a short and sweet three-day challenge that will truly give you thought-provoking materials to kickstart your  life filled with of Passion & Purpose.

Our mission is to provide women with the tools and support they need to start living boldly, and this is just one of the BIG things we are going to be doing in 2016 to spread the love!

Our membership will be re-opening in 2016 and if you’ve been thinking about joining, this challenge is a great way to get just a little taste of the kinds of materials you’ll have access to EVERY DAY as a member!

I was so delighted recently to be invited to contribute to an article featured on Avon’s women’s site, Beauty for a Purpose, on why women always seem to be apologizing for, well, everything.  I often catch myself saying “sorry” when someone else walks into me, when I hold up the line for just a second, when one of my children cries in public, and for so many other innocuous reasons that really require a smile or an “excuse me” at best.

As women, we often feel we need to apologize for any minor inconvenience our presence causes others. Avon asking me to share my thoughts inspired me to try my own personal mini-challenge… to actually STOP apologizing for a full day.  I failed miserably!  I am going to try again, every day until the end of the month, to stop apologizing when I haven’t done anything wrong… and I encourage you to join me and let me know how YOU do here: “Why Saying Sorry Is Holding You Back.”

This week, meet one of our Leap of Fierce! members, and a fierce woman and mama in her own rite, Katie Ghiotto!  Katie stepped away from what she thought would be her dream career as an interior designer at an architectural firm to realign her life and her priorities after having her son, and has found a balance that allows her to be there for her son and contribute to her family’s bottom line!
